Together, we overcome loneliness
The Faroe Islands Red Cross wants to set focus on challenges regarding loneliness and social isolation, which has never been as relevant as since the COVID-19 pandemic started.
The Red Cross therefore launches the campaign ‘Together, we overcome loneliness’. Six events will take place around the country where Suni Poulsen, psychologist speaks about loneliness and challenges thereof, the Red Cross talks about the ‘Visitor service’ for the lonely and ‘the Family Network’ for migrants, Dragana Popovic tells her story of migration and loneliness, as well as a short film will be shown and live music performed.
Free entrance for the events and all are welcome.

Thursday 29th April at 7 pm at Caféin á Mølini in Skálavík
Tuesday 4th May at 7 pm in the Nordic House in Tórshavn
Wednesday 5th May at 7 pm in Løkshøll in Runavík
Thursday 6th May at 7 pm in SALT in Tvøroyri
